Cooking Classes are available throughout the year located in the professional kitchen at Le Clos de Bachet. Lessons will be hands-on, with the goal of demonstrating how to plan and prepare home dinners using seasonal, local ingredients, and producing restaurant-quality meals that are uncomplicated, refined and balanced.
We also offer specific, seasonal classes such as a “Cassoulet Weekend,” “Truffle Weekend,” or basic technique classes on soups, tarts - sweet and savory, and similar themes.
